Who does what

Meet your planning and operations contacts

Ms. Yu handles overseas inquiries, quotations and follow-up. Mr. Zhao, one of ChinaTourly's co-founders, oversees China-based coordination and helps resolve operational questions. Our China ground arrangements are handled through Huazhiguan.

Our planning team is available daily from 08:00 to 22:00 China time (UTC+8). Local consultants, guides and drivers are assigned to suit your destinations and travel dates. Your booking documents provide the relevant local contacts after those assignments are confirmed.

Not necessarily. Multi-city routes may use different local specialists. The handoff and booked service days are stated in the travel documents.

Can I request a specific person?

Yes. We can check availability, but a request is not confirmed until it appears in writing.

Who handles a problem during travel?
