Clear answers before you choose a China journey

They use the same Shopify product and pricing data. The amount shown in a button and bill summary should match the selected date, party size, and payment option.

The traveler may be offered an alternative date, a private supplement, or a small price adjustment. The option must be stated before payment.

Tell the planner before proposal. Feasibility and any added cost depend on route and suppliers and should be confirmed in writing.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Review medical, cancellation, evacuation, and activity exclusions for the booked route.

Minor pacing changes may be possible. Material routing changes depend on availability and can create additional cost. Use the named contact in your documents.

Foreign visitors require permit-compliant arrangements through an eligible local operator. Lead times and current rules must be reconfirmed for the travel date.

The full-payment plan gives 20% off the journey price, paid in full. The deposit plan gives 10% off: you pay 20% of that discounted journey total at booking, with the remaining 80% due on the date stated in your written quote. The selected payment plan, discounted total, amount due now and balance date are shown before payment.

Voluntary cancellation is assessed using lawful, pre-disclosed and evidenced nonrecoverable costs, net of savings, refunds and resale. The deposit is not automatically forfeited. Operator cancellations and statutory fee-free cancellation rights are treated separately; credit is optional. Refunds are made without undue delay within applicable legal deadlines. Both payment plans include one intangible cultural heritage (ICH) experience for each purchased traveller. Full payment also includes, per booking, one room upgrade for one night, one vehicle upgrade for one day and local gifts. The experience, participants, room and night, vehicle and day, and local gift details are agreed in writing before payment. There is no additional spend threshold.
