How to check your order & itinerary
- Open the confirmation email we sent when you booked — it contains your unique booking reference (e.g. CT-2026-0481) and a private link to your live itinerary.
- To see payment status, click "View my itinerary" in that email. Your deposit, balance due date, and included services are listed there.
- Need a change or can't find the email? Send your booking reference and full name to our team and we'll respond within one business day.
