- To confirm and administer your booking, including visa and permit applications

- Ground operators and guides in China — to coordinate your logistics
- Chinese visa authorities — passport/travel data required by law for permit applications
- Hotels and transport providers — name and dates for reservations only

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate our website, and optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site. You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings. Rejecting optional cookies will not affect your ability to use our services.

Enquiry data is retained for 12 months if no booking results. Booking and travel records are retained for 7 years in compliance with Chinese financial regulations. You may request earlier deletion of enquiry data at any time.
