Day2 Xian — Terracotta Army & Tang city wall
Slow start or early one, totally your call. the Ming city wall by bicycle is roughly the heart of today, and we leave plenty of breathing room so nothing feels rushed. Food-wise, hold out for roujiamo — worth it.

Day3 Xian — Terracotta Army & Tang city wall
We’ll build today loosely around the Muslim Quarter food lanes, at your pace and nobody else’s. Expect a small surprise or two your guide pulls out depending on the day. roujiamo sorts the eating. And here’s the bit that’s properly ours: Shaanxi shadow puppetry (piying) and Qinqiang opera — a private shadow-play performance and a puppet-carving demo. Most tours can’t get you in the room — we can.

Day4 Chengdu — Giant pandas & Sichuan table
Today’s the kind you’ll be showing people photos of later — the Chengdu panda base at morning feeding, with the freedom to slow right down whenever something catches your eye. Lunch or dinner usually circles back to Sichuan hot pot.

And Sichuan hot pot is exactly what you’ll want when hunger hits. And here’s the bit that’s properly ours: Sichuan opera face-changing (bianlian) and Shu embroidery — a private face-changing show and a Shuxiu studio. Most tours can’t get you in the room — we can.
